・Looking for Japanese speakers (native or non-native) who can develop and manage relationships with our host companies in Japan.
・Placements (75%)
Converting email marketing leads to active intern hosting companies.
Vetting potential host companies to ensure that they meet minimum requirements.
Quality assurance of Project Placement Plan submitted by host company supervisors.
Placement of interns with host companies.
Network building.
・Account Management (25%)
 Weekly check-ins with host companies who have active interns.
 Weekly reporting on progress of placing interns with companies.
 Reviewing feedback data from participants and ensuring that any remedial actions with host companies are taken.
 Obtaining end of internship evaluations from host companies.
 Maintaining host company administrative information.
 Developing host company placement quality.
Developing host company skills and experience in managing remote interns.

Japanese ： Up to N2.
English  :   Intermediate.
*Must:
・Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
・Driven and self-motivated. VI has a 100% placement record, so we fully expect a Placement Manager to maintain this standard.
・Confident, you must be able to lead discussion with potential host companies and handle any objections.
